At Gluxy Essentials, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@gluxyessentials.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
